Working together with senior Biomedical staff to ensure regular review of the investigative repertoire and the methodology employed, medical reporting and interpretation of results and advice on patient management.The Consultant Microbiologists are members of the Trust Infection Control Team.The post holder will be expected to contribute in all aspects outlined above and towards teaching of medical and other health care professionals where appropriate.
